2. Data the app handles
The app accesses the workout information you choose to enter: exercises, workout templates, sessions, sets, weights, repetitions, durations and notes. It also stores your unit, theme, timer and other app preferences. This information is used only to provide the logbook, history, timer and progress features on your device.
3. Collection and sharing
Gym Set Tracker has no account system, advertising, analytics or Internet permission. The app does not collect, transmit, sell or share your workout information, device identifiers or usage data with the developer or third parties.
4. Storage and security
Your information is kept in the app’s private Android storage, which other ordinary apps cannot access. The app does not write workout data to shared storage.
5. Android backup and device transfer
If Android device backup is enabled, Android may include the workout database and preferences in your encrypted system backup or device-to-device transfer. Android and your chosen backup provider control that copy under their own terms; the app does not operate a backup server.
6. Retention, choices and deletion
Data stays in private app storage until you edit or delete it, reset the app, or uninstall it. Settings → Reset all data permanently removes every workout, template and custom exercise from the app and restores the built-in exercise library. You can also delete individual workouts, sets, templates and custom exercises from their relevant screens.
Copies already held in an Android system backup follow the backup provider’s retention rules.
7. This website
The website files supplied by PETANKA LTD contain no account system, advertising, analytics or server-side contact form. The theme choice and dismissal of the storage notice may be saved locally in your browser using local storage. The contact form prepares a message in your own email application; it does not upload the message to the website.
Once the site is deployed, the chosen hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser details and timestamps for security and delivery. The public policy should be reviewed and updated with the hosting provider’s details before launch.

8. App permissions
The app requests vibration only, so the rest timer can buzz when it finishes. It does not request Internet, advertising ID, location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage or Health Connect permissions.
9. Children
Gym Set Tracker is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires consent for a minor to use an app, a parent or guardian must provide it.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the text and effective date will be updated here. Changes affecting the Android app will also be included in a future app version where appropriate.
