2. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing or using Gym Set Tracker, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
3. Using the app
Gym Set Tracker is a logbook. It records the training information you enter and does nothing on its own. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and how you use the information displayed.
4. Not medical or coaching advice
The app does not prescribe workouts, sets, repetitions or loads. It is not a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice, is not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

5. Your data is your responsibility
Workout data is stored locally. Losing or resetting your device, uninstalling the app, or using the in-app reset function normally removes that local copy. Android may restore a separate system backup when device backup is enabled. You are responsible for maintaining any device-level backup you require.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the app and website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with their operation, bypass security, distribute malicious code, or infringe the rights of PETANKA LTD or others.
7. Intellectual property
The app, website, branding, interface, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to PETANKA LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you permission to use the app; they do not transfer ownership of the software or brand.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features. We do not promise that the app or website will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device or maintained indefinitely.
9. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. You use them at your own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Age
Gym Set Tracker is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires consent for a minor to use an app, a parent or guardian must provide it.
11. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated in future versions of the app or on this website. Continuing to use the app or website after an update means you accept the current version. Questions can be sent to hi@petanka.site.
